2. Halal Certification & Product Quality

All meat, poultry, and grocery items offered through HalalMeat are 100% Halal certified by recognized certification bodies. We maintain strict temperature controls, packaging, and handling protocols to ensure food safety and quality from our facility to your doorstep.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All orders are subject to acceptance and item availability.
• Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable billable weights and processing charges.
• For items sold by weight (such as Farm Direct live weight animals or custom meat cuts), final weights and cutting selections are locked upon checkout confirmation.

4. Delivery & Receiving Orders

We deliver across specified delivery zones in Ontario. Customers must ensure an accurate delivery address and provide contact information. If you are not present during delivery, perishable items will be placed at your specified delivery location at your responsibility.

5. Order Cancellations & Refund Policy

Orders may be modified or cancelled prior to processing. Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat and food products, returns are generally not accepted unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact support@halalfresh.co within 24 hours of receipt.
